And the training starts again..

Hello! I know its been a while!

So I am back running and gyming it again and I already feel so much better and now it doesn't feel as much of a struggle to get my bum out of the door in the morning. I always feel great for going out.

I did the Gunpowder plod 5k! It was in 32mins 25secs.
I tried really hard so I am proud of that as it is a PB for me (plus the course was FULL of people which made it insanely hard to get past people since they let us go all at once rather in blocks of estimated finish time, but hey ho).

My weight is staying around 9st 10lb-11lb. Not great. I am hoping that the exercise will bring it down and the increased healthy eating will also help! I would like to lose some pounds for Christmas!

I have updated my Jillian Michaels' collection so have another 3 of her amazing DVDs arriving soon!

I have been thinking, I have always thought it would be brill to have awesome abs and all that but I don't know again its something my head wants but my body isn't really sure about that one!

Uni work is taking off at the mo, I have 2 essays and a dissertation proposal to do in the next 3 weeks plus doing just under full time work at my current placement. So I am feeling a little O_O. No motivation what.so.ever.
